तेषां तत्र गतानां च पापिनां पुण्यकर्मिणाम् । चित्रगुप्तः प्रेतपाय निरूपयति वै ततः

teṣāṃ tatra gatānāṃ ca pāpināṃ puṇyakarmiṇām | citraguptaḥ pretapāya nirūpayati vai tataḥ
