कमठ उवाच । गुरवे प्राङ्नमस्कृत्य धर्माय तदनंतरम् । छंदोगीतममुं प्रश्नं शक्त्या वक्ष्यामि ते द्विज
kamaṭha uvāca | gurave prāṅnamaskṛtya dharmāya tadanaṃtaram | chaṃdogītamamuṃ praśnaṃ śaktyā vakṣyāmi te dvija
Kamaṭha nói: “Trước hết ta cúi lạy bậc Guru, rồi tiếp đó cúi lạy Dharma. Câu hỏi này, được xướng lên trong nhịp điệu thánh, ta sẽ đáp theo khả năng của mình, hỡi Bà-la-môn.”
