तच्च दैवकृतं मत्वा न शुशोच महामतिः । देवो वा मानवो वापि को हि दवाद्विमुच्यते

Transliteration

tacca daivakṛtaṃ matvā na śuśoca mahāmatiḥ | devo vā mānavo vāpi ko hi davādvimucyate

Translation

Biết rằng việc ấy do số mệnh (thiên định) tạo nên, bậc đại tâm không hề than khóc. Dù là chư thiên hay loài người—ai có thể thoát khỏi điều đã được định bởi định mệnh?
