Transliteration

asākṣikeṣu cārtheṣu mitho vivadamānayoḥ | rājadrohābhiśāpeṣu sāhaseṣu tathaiva ca

Translation

Trong những việc không có nhân chứng, khi hai bên tranh tụng; trong cáo buộc phản nghịch với vua; trong các vụ liên quan đến lời nguyền rủa và tố cáo; và cũng vậy trong những hành vi bạo lực—(khi ấy người ta dùng pháp thử thánh).
