Transliteration

uparyupari devānāmanyonyātiśaye sthitam | naraiḥ puṇyaphalaṃ svarge mūlacchedena bhujyate

Translation

Trong hàng chư thiên, càng lên cao càng có kẻ vượt hơn kẻ khác. Ở cõi trời, con người hưởng quả phúc đức, nhưng sự hưởng ấy như chặt đứt gốc rễ—tức làm tiêu mòn phước đã tích lũy.
