यच्चाक्रुश्य ददात्यंग दत्त्वा वाक्रोशति द्विजम् । पैशाचं तद्वृथा दानंदाननाशास्त्रयस्त्वमी
yaccākruśya dadātyaṃga dattvā vākrośati dvijam | paiśācaṃ tadvṛthā dānaṃdānanāśāstrayastvamī
Và này người thân mến, bố thí nào được trao trong lời mắng nhiếc, hoặc sau khi đã cho lại nhục mạ vị brāhmaṇa, thì gọi là ‘paiśāca’ và trở thành uổng phí. Chính đó là ba cách khiến bố thí bị hủy hoại.
