तस्य नाम ददौ स्कंदः सिद्धकूप इति स्मृतः । कृष्माष्टम्यां चतुर्दश्यामुपवासी नरः स्वयम्

Transliteration

tasya nāma dadau skaṃdaḥ siddhakūpa iti smṛtaḥ | kṛṣmāṣṭamyāṃ caturdaśyāmupavāsī naraḥ svayam

Translation

Skanda ban cho nơi ấy một danh xưng; được ghi nhớ là “Siddhakūpa” (Giếng Thành Tựu). Vào ngày Kṛṣṇāṣṭamī và ngày mười bốn âm lịch, người ta nên tự mình giữ trai giới, nhịn ăn.
