कुशोदकाद्गंधजलं तस्मात्तीर्थोदकं वरम् । तीर्थेभ्यश्च जलं दर्शे महीसागरसंभवम्

Transliteration

kuśodakādgaṃdhajalaṃ tasmāttīrthodakaṃ varam | tīrthebhyaśca jalaṃ darśe mahīsāgarasaṃbhavam

Translation

Nước kuśa tuy tốt, nhưng nước thơm còn tốt hơn; cao hơn nữa là nước từ tīrtha (bến thánh). Và vượt cả những thứ nước tīrtha thường là nước hiện ra vào ngày sóc, sinh từ đất và biển.
