pṛthvī sāgaraparyaṃtā dṛṣṭā sarvā tadānagha | mahīnāma nadī puṇyā sarvatīrthamayī śubhā

Translation

Hỡi bậc vô tội, ta đã thấy trọn cõi đất cho đến tận bờ biển. Có một dòng sông thiêng tên Mahī—cát tường, thánh khiết, và chứa trong mình năng lực của mọi tīrtha.
