Transliteration

Translation

Được chư Thiên bẩm về những hành vi ngang ngược của bọn A-tu-la, Đấng Tự Sinh, bậc Thế Tôn (Phạm Thiên Brahmā), sau khi suy xét thấu đáo chân lý sự việc, liền phán bảo các Deva.
