दुःखपारमपश्यंती प्राणांस्त्यक्तुं व्यवस्थिता । पुत्रं मे घोरदुःखस्य तारकं देहि चेत्कृपा
duḥkhapāramapaśyaṃtī prāṇāṃstyaktuṃ vyavasthitā | putraṃ me ghoraduḥkhasya tārakaṃ dehi cetkṛpā
Không nhìn thấy bến bờ bên kia của đại dương đau khổ này, thiếp quyết tâm từ bỏ mạng sống. Nếu chàng có lòng từ bi, hãy ban cho thiếp một đứa con trai - người sẽ đưa thiếp vượt qua nỗi đau khủng khiếp này.
