रजस्वलां न सेवेत नाश्नीयात्सह भार्यया । एकवासा न भुंजीत न भुंजीतोत्कटासने
rajasvalāṃ na seveta nāśnīyātsaha bhāryayā | ekavāsā na bhuṃjīta na bhuṃjītotkaṭāsane
Không nên gần gũi với người nữ đang hành kinh; cũng không nên ăn chung với vợ. Không nên dùng bữa khi chỉ mặc một tấm y, và cũng không nên ăn trong tư thế ngồi chồm hổm (uṭkaṭāsana).
