स्नात्वांबुदैवतैर्मंत्रैः प्राणानायम्य यत्नतः । उपस्थानं रवेः कृत्वा संध्ययोरुभयोरपि
snātvāṃbudaivatairmaṃtraiḥ prāṇānāyamya yatnataḥ | upasthānaṃ raveḥ kṛtvā saṃdhyayorubhayorapi
Sau khi tắm gội với các thần chú của các Thủy thần, và cẩn trọng điều tức bằng prāṇāyāma, hãy làm upasthāna—nghi lễ kính bái Mặt Trời—trong cả hai thời sandhyā, sáng và chiều.
