सत्यं क्षमार्जवं ध्यानमानृशंस्यमहिंसनम् । दमः प्रसादो माधुर्यं मृदुतेति यमा दश
satyaṃ kṣamārjavaṃ dhyānamānṛśaṃsyamahiṃsanam | damaḥ prasādo mādhuryaṃ mṛduteti yamā daśa
Chân thật, khoan dung, ngay thẳng, thiền định, lòng từ mẫn, ahimsa (không bạo hại), tự chế, tâm an tịnh sáng trong, lời nói và cách hành xử ngọt hòa, cùng sự nhu hòa—đó là mười yama.
