Transliteration

durvṛttasupravṛtteśca nivṛttikaraṇīṃ surāḥ | dakṣiṇottaradigbhāge kṛtvā'siṃ varaṇāṃ surāḥ

Translation

Chư thiên tạo lập những năng lực ấy để khiến kẻ hạnh xấu phải dừng lại và dẫn người thiện tâm theo chánh đạo. Ở phương Nam và phương Bắc, họ an lập Asi và Varaṇā.
