Skanda Purana — Kashi Khanda, Shloka 17

छत्राच्छादनिकाद्यर्थे वर्षाकालोचितैर्बहु । रात्रौ पाठप्रदीपैश्च पादाभ्यंजनकादिभिः

chatrācchādanikādyarthe varṣākālocitairbahu | rātrau pāṭhapradīpaiśca pādābhyaṃjanakādibhiḥ

Bằng việc dâng nhiều vật hợp mùa mưa—ô dù, đồ che phủ và các thứ khác; và ban đêm cấp đèn cho việc đọc tụng, cùng việc xoa dầu chân và những tiện nghi tương tự—người ấy phụng sự chu đáo cho lễ bái và học tập nơi Kāśī.
