Transliteration

maṭhairvidyārthināmannairatithyarthaṃ mahādhanaiḥ | mahāpustakasaṃbhārairlekhakānāṃ ca jīvanaiḥ

Translation

Bằng việc dựng các maṭha (tu viện), nuôi cơm học trò, dâng của cải lớn để tiếp đãi khách, cung cấp kho tàng kinh sách dồi dào, và bảo đảm sinh kế cho người chép kinh—người ấy gìn giữ học vấn và dharma nơi Kāśī linh thiêng.
