Transliteration

mṛdulāni tavāṃgāni kvemāni kva tapastvidam | paruṣaṃ puruṣaiḥ sādhyaṃ paruṣāṃgairnararṣabha

Translation

Thân thể con mềm mại—cớ sao lại gắn với khổ hạnh nghiêm khắc này? Hỡi bậc trượng phu như hùng ngưu giữa loài người, tapas khắc nghiệt chỉ thành tựu bởi những người kiên cường với thân thể rắn rỏi.
