ब्रह्मोवाच । त्रेतातो द्वापरांतं च यावत्कलिसमागमः । तावत्संरक्षणे चैको हनूमान्पवनात्मजः
brahmovāca | tretāto dvāparāṃtaṃ ca yāvatkalisamāgamaḥ | tāvatsaṃrakṣaṇe caiko hanūmānpavanātmajaḥ
Phạm Thiên nói: “Từ thời Tretā cho đến cuối Dvāpara, cho đến khi thời Kali giáng đến—suốt quãng ấy, bậc hộ trì duy nhất trong việc bảo vệ chính là Hanumān, con của Thần Gió.”
