आयुर्यशः सुखं प्रज्ञा धर्मो धान्यं धनं जयः । संतानं वर्द्धते नित्यं भूमिदः सुखमश्मुते
āyuryaśaḥ sukhaṃ prajñā dharmo dhānyaṃ dhanaṃ jayaḥ | saṃtānaṃ varddhate nityaṃ bhūmidaḥ sukhamaśmute
Người hiến tặng đất đai thì thọ mạng, danh thơm, an lạc, trí tuệ, chánh pháp, lương thực, tài sản và chiến thắng đều tăng trưởng mãi; con cháu cũng luôn hưng thịnh. Kẻ bố thí đất đai quả thật đạt được phúc lạc.
