विभीषणश्चतुर्थ्यां तु रामेण सह संगतः । समुद्रतरणार्थाय पंचम्यां मंत्र उद्यतेः

vibhīṣaṇaścaturthyāṃ tu rāmeṇa saha saṃgataḥ | samudrataraṇārthāya paṃcamyāṃ maṃtra udyateḥ

Vào ngày thứ tư (caturthī), Vibhīṣaṇa đến hội ngộ cùng Rāma. Sang ngày thứ năm, nghi thức bàn định—tụng niệm thần chú và mưu lược—được khởi sự để vượt qua đại dương.
