श्येनी श्येनांस्तथा भासी भासा न्गृद्धी तु गृध्रकान् । शुकी शुकानजनयत्सुग्रीवी शुभपक्षिणः
śyenī śyenāṃstathā bhāsī bhāsā ngṛddhī tu gṛdhrakān | śukī śukānajanayatsugrīvī śubhapakṣiṇaḥ
Chim ưng cái sinh ra loài chim ưng; cũng vậy, bhāsī sinh ra các chim bhāsa. Gṛddhī (kền kền cái) sinh ra kền kền. Chim vẹt cái sinh ra loài vẹt, và sugrīvī sinh ra những loài chim có đôi cánh cát tường.

It underscores ṛta (cosmic order): beings reproduce according to their own nature and kind, reflecting the regulated universe upheld under Pati (Lord Shiva) even while souls (paśu) remain within worldly cycles.
By showing orderly creation, the verse points to an intelligent, sustaining Lord; Saguna Shiva as the upholder of dharma and cosmic law is implicitly affirmed, which devotionally culminates in Linga-worship as the stable symbol of that supreme governance.
No direct rite is prescribed; the takeaway is contemplative—observe nature’s order and cultivate vairāgya, then steady the mind in Shiva-bhakti (e.g., japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) to transcend repetitive birth.
