Bấy giờ nàng hiểu dấu hiệu bằng ánh mắt do chính Chúa tể của mình—Śaṅkara, Đấng Tối Thượng cai trị—ban ra; ôi người thân mến, Ngài tràn đầy nhiệt tâm muốn hành động.

It highlights how the devotee or divine consort recognizes Śiva’s will through subtle संकेत (inner and outer signs), showing that the Supreme Lord guides action through grace and intimate awareness.
The verse portrays Śaṅkara as the personal, Saguna Lord who communicates and directs—supporting the Purāṇic emphasis that worship of Shiva (including the Liṅga) is a living relationship with the Supreme Controller.
Cultivate attentive bhakti—steady japa of the Pañcākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with inward focus—so the mind becomes subtle enough to perceive Śiva’s प्रेरणा (guidance) in one’s conduct.
