दुन्दुभिनिर्ह्रादनिर्णयः / Dundubhinirhrāda’s Stratagem: Targeting the Brāhmaṇas
यतः क्रतुभुजो देवाः क्रतवो वेदसंभवाः । ते वेदा ब्राह्मणाधारास्ततो देवबलं द्विजाः
yataḥ kratubhujo devāḥ kratavo vedasaṃbhavāḥ | te vedā brāhmaṇādhārāstato devabalaṃ dvijāḥ
Vì chư thiên được nuôi dưỡng bởi phần thọ hưởng từ các lễ tế (yajña), mà các lễ tế lại phát sinh từ Veda. Veda lại nương tựa nơi các Brāhmaṇa; bởi vậy, hỡi các bậc nhị sinh, chính sức mạnh của chư thiên tùy thuộc vào các Brāhmaṇa.
