It highlights that even the highest cosmic deities approach Pati (Śiva) through heartfelt stuti; grace (anugraha) arises when the mind becomes tuṣṭa—settled in devotion toward the boon-giving Lord.
By naming Śiva as Sāmba and Varada, the verse emphasizes Saguna worship—adoring the Lord with attributes and compassionate power to bestow boons; such devotion naturally supports Linga-upāsanā as a concrete focus for praise and surrender.
The takeaway is stuti and nāma-japa with a pleased, concentrated mind—reciting Shiva’s names (e.g., Sāmba, Īśvara, Varada) as part of daily worship, ideally alongside simple offerings and mindful repetition of the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya).
