दधीच-शाप-हेतु-वर्णनम् / The Cause of Dadhīca’s Curse
Explaining Viṣṇu’s Role at Dakṣa’s Sacrifice
चिरात्तपःप्रसंगाद्वै वादः क्षुवदधीचयोः । महानर्थकरः ख्यातस्त्रिलोकेष्वभवत्पुरा
cirāttapaḥprasaṃgādvai vādaḥ kṣuvadadhīcayoḥ | mahānarthakaraḥ khyātastrilokeṣvabhavatpurā
Thuở xưa, do mải miết lâu ngày trong khổ hạnh, giữa Kṣuva và hiền giả Dadhīca đã phát sinh một cuộc tranh luận. Cuộc xung đột ấy về sau nổi danh khắp ba cõi như nguyên nhân gây tai họa lớn.
