नभोवाणी-दक्ष-निन्दा तथा सती-माहात्म्य-प्रतिपादनम् / The Celestial Voice Rebukes Dakṣa and Proclaims Satī’s Greatness

Hỡi Vidhi (Phạm Thiên), hãy rời khỏi đình tế lễ này ngay lập tức. Bằng không, sự diệt vong của ngươi hôm nay ắt sẽ xảy đến, không thể sai khác.
Lord Shiva (Rudra)
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Rudra
Sthala Purana: Continuation of the Dakṣa-yajña warning: Rudra’s authority extends over Brahmā (Vidhi), indicating that cosmic offices (creator, preserver) are subordinate to Pati when dharma is violated.
Significance: Reinforces Śaiva Siddhānta hierarchy: Brahmā and Viṣṇu are bound by pāśa (māyā/karma) in their functions, while Śiva as Pati dispenses restraint and grace.
Shakti Form: Satī
It underscores that when sacred action (yajña) is divorced from reverence to Pati (Shiva), it becomes spiritually perilous; humility and devotion protect even the highest beings, while ego invites downfall.
Rudra’s warning reflects Saguna Shiva’s role as the living Lord who safeguards dharma: honoring Shiva—often through Linga worship as the rightful center of worship—prevents ritual from turning into mere pride or offense.
The takeaway is to avoid aparādha (offense) and cultivate Shiva-bhakti—regular japa of the Panchākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with a humble mind, and worship aligned with reverence rather than display.
