Nghe lời của Rāma, người có tâm đã được rèn luyện, điềm tĩnh và thanh tịnh, Satī hoan hỷ. Trong lòng chuyên chú vào Shiva-bhakti, nàng tán dương chàng từ tận trái tim.

The verse highlights that true spiritual power is rooted in a disciplined mind (prayatātmā) and heartfelt Shiva-bhakti; Sati’s joy indicates that devotion to Pati (Shiva) is the inner criterion of spiritual worth.
Sati’s praise centers on visible, heartfelt devotion—an attitude that naturally expresses itself in Saguna worship such as reverence to Shiva as Lord and refuge, commonly embodied in Linga-upāsanā with devotion rather than mere ritualism.
The takeaway is inner steadiness with bhakti: practice japa of the Panchākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with a composed mind and let devotion remain established in the heart, so outer worship aligns with inner reverence.
