"Hỡi Phạm Thiên, hãy không ngừng niệm 'Satī, Satī'; ta sẽ làm những gì cần phải làm. Vì nàng không khác gì ta, nàng phải được ta đạt được—vậy nên hãy sắp xếp các phương tiện thích hợp cho việc đó."
Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Umāpati
Mantra: satīti satataṃ
Shakti Form: Satī
Role: liberating
Shiva declares Satī to be non-different from Himself (abheda), expressing the Shaiva view that Śiva and Śakti are one reality; union is attained through right means supported by continuous sacred remembrance.
By emphasizing continual utterance and focused remembrance, the verse aligns with Saguna upāsanā—devotion to Shiva with form and attributes—often practiced through Linga-worship, nāma-japa, and steady contemplation.
A clear takeaway is nāma-japa (repetitive sacred utterance) with unwavering attention; it can be integrated with Shaiva disciplines like mantra-japa (e.g., Panchakshara), bhasma/tripundra, and Rudraksha as supportive aids where appropriate.
