Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: nurturing
The verse highlights Śiva as the gracious Lord (Pati) who draws His attendants into sacred participation—service and accompaniment to the divine purpose become a form of bhakti that purifies and aligns the community with dharma.
The scene emphasizes Saguna Śiva—God in a relatable, personal form—who organizes a holy occasion (mahotsava). Such festivals commonly culminate in public Śiva-pūjā, often centered on the Liṅga as the visible focus of devotion.
It suggests seva (devotional service) and sankalpa for a sacred festival—preparing pūjā arrangements, maintaining purity, and supporting collective worship; practitioners may accompany this with japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”).
