तस्मान्मच्छासनाद्विष्णुस्सृष्टिं साक्षाद्धि नूतनाम् । विधाय मनसोद्दिष्टां तत्सिद्धिं यच्छति ध्रुवम्

Transliteration

tasmānmacchāsanādviṣṇussṛṣṭiṃ sākṣāddhi nūtanām | vidhāya manasoddiṣṭāṃ tatsiddhiṃ yacchati dhruvam

Translation

Vì thế, theo mệnh lệnh của Ta, Viṣṇu quả thật trực tiếp khởi dựng một tạo hóa mới; và sau khi kiến lập theo điều đã được hình dung trong tâm (của đấng tạo hóa được chỉ định), Ngài chắc chắn ban cho sự thành tựu không sai chạy.
