Kumārasya Krāuñcaparvatagamanam
Kumāra’s Departure to Mount Krāuñca

It highlights Shiva as Pati (the Lord) who responds to the devotee’s inner suffering by arranging guidance; distress becomes a turning-point where divine grace operates through enlightened intermediaries.
Śaṅkara’s active intervention reflects Saguna Shiva—God with attributes—who protects, instructs, and restores dharma; Linga-worship similarly approaches Shiva as the compassionate, accessible Lord who answers devotion.
In times of grief, steady japa of the Panchakshara mantra (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with a prayer for right counsel is implied; seeking satsanga (guidance of the wise) mirrors Shiva sending surarishis.
