Transliteration

jīvāśritāyāścicchakterdaurbalyaṃ vidyate sadā | tannivṛtyarthamevātra śaktitvaṃ sārvakālikam

Translation

Cit-śakti, năng lực của ý thức khi nương nơi cá thể (jīva), luôn được thấy là suy yếu. Vì vậy, chính để trừ bỏ sự hạn cuộc ấy, Śakti của Đấng Chúa được dạy ở đây là hằng hoạt, vận hành trong mọi thời.
