आ न इन्द्र महीमिषं पुरं न दर्षि गोमतीम् । उत प्रजां सुवीर्यम् ॥

ā́ na indra mahī́m íṣam púraṃ na darṣi gómatīm | utá prajā́ṃ su-vī́ryam ||

Hỡi Indra, xin hãy đến với chúng con, mang theo sức nuôi dưỡng rộng lớn—như một thành lũy vững bền giàu ánh sáng và đàn bò; lại nữa, xin ban cho con cháu và sự sung mãn của dũng lực chân chính (su-vīrya).
