Sukta 1.60
तं नव्यसी हृद आ जायमानमस्मत्सुकीर्तिर्मधुजिह्वमश्याः । यमृत्विजो वृजने मानुषासः प्रयस्वन्त आयवो जीजनन्त ॥
táṃ návyasī hṛdá ā́ jā́yamānam asmát su-kīrtír mádhu-jihvam aśyāḥ | yám ṛ́tvijo vṛjáné mā́nuṣāsaḥ práyasvanta ā́yavo jī́jananta ||
Nguyện danh thơm luôn mới của chúng ta, sinh từ trái tim, đạt đến Ngài—đấng có lưỡi ngọt như mật. Chính Ngài là người mà các tư tế loài người (ṛtvij) nơi bãi trống, gắng sức bằng lao nhọc, đã sinh ra hết lần này đến lần khác.
