"O King! Give up the fear, as both Rama and Lakshmana will be made short of work in the battlefield, as also mighty Sugriva and dispose of Hanuman, the destroyer of many Rakshasas and who set fire to Lanka."
The verse contrasts righteous war aims with unrighteous aggression: threatening to kill the dharmic protagonists reflects adharma driven by fear and vengeance.
The speaker lists key leaders of Rāma’s alliance and claims he will kill them, attempting to remove the king’s fear and strengthen resolve.
Loyalty and confidence are emphasized, but they are directed toward a cause opposed to Dharma.
