युद्धलक्षण-निमित्तदर्शनं तथा लङ्काद्वारव्यूहः

इदानींमाकृथावीर एवंविधमचिन्तितम् ।त्वयिकिञ्चित्समापन्नेकिंकार्यंसीतयामम ।।6.41.4।।भरतेनमहाबाहो लक्ष्मणेनयवीयसा ।शत्रुघ्नेनचशत्रुघ्नस्वशरीरेणवापुन:।। 6.41.5।।
idānīṃ mā kṛthā vīra evaṃvidham acintitam | tvayi kiñcit samāpanne kiṃ kāryaṃ sītayā mama ||6.41.4|| bharatena mahābāho lakṣmaṇena yavīyasā | śatrughnena ca śatrughna svaśarīreṇa vā punaḥ ||6.41.5||
“Giờ đây, hỡi dũng sĩ, xin chớ làm điều liều lĩnh như thế. Nếu nơi ngài chỉ xảy đến một chút tổn hại, thì đời sống còn nghĩa gì đối với ta—hay đối với Sītā? Còn nghĩa gì đối với Bharata, đối với Lakṣmaṇa em út, đối với Śatrughna, hay thậm chí đối với chính thân này của ta?”
