Bấy giờ đức Rāma trí tuệ, thấy sườn núi Suvela đẹp lạ thường, liền khởi ý định lên núi ấy.
All of them assumed the form of birds and went deep into Lanka, saw the enemy strength and arrangements made by the enemy and turned up.
Dharma is steadfast purposeful action: Rāma’s resolve shows commitment to the righteous objective, moving from counsel to disciplined execution.
After counsel and assessment, Rāma decides to ascend Mount Suvela as part of positioning the forces near Laṅkā.
Determination (dhṛti) guided by wisdom—he forms a clear plan and acts without hesitation.
