राघव-रावणयोः घोर-द्वैरथ-युद्धम्

The Fierce Chariot-Duel of Rama and Ravana

Transliteration

parāyudhyamānau samare mahābalau śitaiḥ śarair rāvaṇa-lakṣmaṇāgrajau |

dhvajāvapātena sa rākṣasādhipo bhṛśaṃ pracukrodha tadā raghūttame ||

Translation

Khi dũng mãnh Rāvaṇa và người anh của Lakṣmaṇa giao chiến bằng những mũi tên sắc bén, chúa tể La-sát—đến lúc cán cờ chiến trận của hắn gãy đổ—liền bừng lên cơn thịnh nộ dữ dội đối với Rāma, bậc tối thượng của dòng Raghu.
