इत्येवंवदतस्तस्यराघवस्यमहात्मनः ।।।।भिन्नश्शिथिलयावाचालक्ष्मणोवाक्यमब्रवीत् ।

ity evaṃ vadatas tasya rāghavasya mahātmanaḥ | bhinnaḥ śithilayā vācā lakṣmaṇo vākyam abravīt ||

Khi bậc đại hồn Rāghava nói như thế, Lakṣmaṇa, bị lay động bởi những lời nghẹn yếu ấy, liền cất tiếng đáp lại.
