Both the high-souled warrior princes treading a righteous path as well as the vanaras will survive with a hope of my return if I stay back.
Dharma includes sustaining hope through disciplined action: by not returning prematurely, Hanumān preserves truthful expectation and prevents collapse of morale.
Hanumān reasons that staying to continue the search maintains the hope of Rāma, Lakṣmaṇa, and the vānaras.
Perseverance guided by wisdom—Hanumān chooses the course that best supports the righteous cause.
