कुमारसम्भवः—गङ्गायां तेजोनिक्षेपः
The Birth of Kumāra/Skanda and the Deposition of Śiva’s Energy through Gaṅgā
यदस्या निर्गतं तस्मात्तप्तजाम्बूनदप्रभम् ।काञ्चनं धरणीं प्राप्तं हिरण्यममलं शुभम्।।1.37.18।।
yad asyā nirgataṃ tasmāt tapta-jāmbūnada-prabham | kāñcanaṃ dharaṇīṃ prāptaṃ hiraṇyam amalaṃ śubham || 1.37.18 ||
Vật từ nàng thoát ra ấy, rực sáng như vàng Jāmbūnada đang nung chảy, rơi xuống mặt đất; và từ đó sinh ra vàng ròng tinh khiết, cát tường, sáng chói.
The embryo that emerged from Ganga reached the earth. It resembled the lustre of molten gold. It furned into gold auspicious, bright and pure.
