FAQs

It portrays a sacred region as enriched by tīrtha-waters and populated by āśramas, presenting pilgrimage geography together with a living religious culture of renunciants and householders.

It signals ritual integrity and ethical completion: sacrifices are not merely performed, but concluded properly by honoring the guru/priests through the prescribed dakṣiṇā.

Spiritual practice is depicted as holistic—purity of place (tīrtha), discipline of life (āśrama), and correctness of action (properly completed rites including dakṣiṇā) together define dharmic conduct.
