दोषे दंडात्प्रजानां त्वं यतः पापभयापहः । दाता प्रहर्ता गोप्ता च तेनेंद्र इव नो भवान्

doṣe daṃḍātprajānāṃ tvaṃ yataḥ pāpabhayāpahaḥ | dātā prahartā goptā ca teneṃdra iva no bhavān

Vì Ngài trừng phạt kẻ phạm lỗi giữa muôn dân và nhờ đó xua tan nỗi sợ sinh từ tội nghiệp, Ngài là bậc ban ân, bậc nghiêm trị và bậc hộ trì; bởi vậy đối với chúng con, Ngài như Indra.
