This verse does not describe any tīrtha or geography; it is a courtly, auspicious greeting addressed to Rāma, focused on dawn and ‘abhyudaya’ (prosperous rise).
It reflects bhakti indirectly through reverent address and auspicious benediction to Rāma (a central object of devotion), framing his well-being and glory as worthy to be ‘beheld’ with joy.
It models respectful speech and शुभाशीर्वाद (auspicious blessing): greeting others kindly, acknowledging the right time (dawn), and approaching noble persons with goodwill rather than demands.
