Tīrtha-vidhi (Procedure for Holy Places) — Prayāgarāja-māhātmya
प्राप्तैरेव सदा तत्र कर्तव्यं पितृतर्पणम् । विलंबो नैव कर्तव्यो नैव विघ्नं समाचरेत् ॥ ४२ ॥
prāptaireva sadā tatra kartavyaṃ pitṛtarpaṇam | vilaṃbo naiva kartavyo naiva vighnaṃ samācaret || 42 ||
Ngay tại đó, chỉ với những gì đã có được, hãy luôn làm lễ tarpaṇa—dâng nước cúng các Pitṛ. Chớ trì hoãn chút nào, cũng chớ gây ra hay dung dưỡng bất kỳ chướng ngại nào.

It emphasizes kalpa (ritual procedure) in practice: perform pitṛ-tarpaṇa with available materials and at the proper time, avoiding delay and ritual negligence.
