दृष्ट्वा सकृज्ज्येष्ठशुक्लद्वादश्यां पुरुषोत्तमम् । कृतोपवासः प्राप्नोति ततोऽधिकतरं फलम् ॥ ४ ॥

Transliteration

dṛṣṭvā sakṛjjyeṣṭhaśukladvādaśyāṃ puruṣottamam | kṛtopavāsaḥ prāpnoti tato'dhikataraṃ phalam || 4 ||

Translation

Chỉ cần một lần chiêm bái (darśana) Đấng Puruṣottama (Đức Viṣṇu) vào ngày Dvādaśī sáng của tháng Jyeṣṭha, người đã giữ trai giới (upavāsa) sẽ đạt được phước quả còn lớn lao hơn thế nữa.
