The Exposition of the Maheśa Mantra

Mahēśa-mantra-prakāśana

मूर्ध्नि भालोदरांसेषु हृदये ताः पुनर्न्यसेत् । पश्चादनेन मन्त्रेण कुर्वीत व्यापकं सुधीः ॥ ११ ॥

mūrdhni bhālodarāṃseṣu hṛdaye tāḥ punarnyaset | paścādanena mantreṇa kurvīta vyāpakaṃ sudhīḥ || 11 ||

Ngài lại an trí những năng lực ấy trên đỉnh đầu, trán, bụng, hai vai và tim. Sau đó, với chính thần chú này, bậc trí giả nên thực hành nyāsa “biến mãn” (vyāpaka) bao trùm khắp.
