Narada (teaching in a technical/ritual context, as part of Vedanga-aligned applied knowledge)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It presents a prayoga-style mapping of specific natural substances (fruits/flowers) to desired outcomes, reflecting the Purana’s technical strand where disciplined, dharmic use of dravyas is said to yield worldly siddhis.
This verse is not directly bhakti-centric; it belongs to the applied, technical register of Book 1.3. In a broader Narada Purana frame, such results are traditionally understood as subordinate to devotion and right conduct, not as the final aim.
It highlights ritual-applied knowledge of dravya (materials) and their intended prayojana (purpose), aligned with technical disciplines used alongside kalpa-style ritual practice rather than grammar or astrology.
