It links specific auspicious food-offerings (naivedya/dāna-dravya) with the fruit (phala) of ‘acalā Lakṣmī’—stable prosperity—showing how dharmic ritual acts are said to shape one’s material well-being.
Though phrased as a results-oriented prescription, the implied bhakti element is offering valuable, sweet and nourishing items in a spirit of reverence; prosperity is presented as a grace-like outcome of devotional, dharmic giving/offerings.
It reflects applied ritual knowledge—selection of dravya (materials) for offerings/dāna and the stated phala—typical of technical dharma/kalpa-style guidance found in the Vedāṅga-oriented portions of the Purāṇa.
